He is widely regarded nationally and internationally as a master anatomic diagnostician in the field. David L. Kerns, MD, FAAP Dr. David Kerns is the Chief Medical Officer and Director for the Center for Child Protection at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine, and Principal Investigator of CRESAC (Collaboration for Research on the Sexual Abuse of Children).
